Cowboy Soy comes from American Soybean Co., the same people behind USA TOFU. We have an unusually enthusiastic relationship with the soybean.

This is our snack chapter. A little Western, a little unexpected, and built around something simple: beans worth reaching for.

Can I buy Cowboy Soy yet?

Not just yet. Our first dry-roasted edamame snack is in development. We’ll share the final product, price and availability when it’s ready. We aren’t taking orders or preorders.

Is edamame tofu?

Same bean, different form. Edamame is a young soybean. Tofu is made from soy milk. Cowboy Soy starts with the whole bean, dry-roasted for crunch.

What about ingredients and allergens?

Edamame is soy, so this snack will contain soy. Final ingredients, nutrition information and any other allergen information will be published with the finished product.

Are the beans grown in America?

Our Western identity is part of our brand. We’re still selecting our production partner, so we haven’t confirmed where the beans will be grown or packed. We’ll share those details with the finished product.

How does this connect to USA TOFU?

We’re part of the same American Soybean Co. family. USA TOFU makes apparel and other goods; Cowboy Soy is our snack brand. You can already find the Cowboy Soy design in the USA TOFU sticker pack.
